For 4 servings
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Peel the pears and cut them into strips.
In a frying pan, pour the sesame oil and fry the pears. Add the honey and leave to brown over a medium heat for about ten minutes. Remove from the heat.
On a large clean cutting board, display your pastry sheets and cut them in half.
Scoop one tablespoon of pears in the pastry sheet and fold in triangles.
Repeat until you have no longer filling or pastry sheets.
Brush the samosa with some melted butter or margarine (optional).
Bake for 10 mn until golden brown.
